This award is presented to the individual(s) who, through their outstanding contributions, have raised awareness of the ISCWR and all of its charitable intentions, as well as brought the art of drag to a wider audience, thus strengthening the bond between various communities. This continuing award will be given at the discretion of the reigning Emperor & Empress based upon the community contributions made during their reign.
